It’s been nearly one month since I brought our baby into the world, and what a month it has been! Now that I have had some time to process my birth experience, I feel ready to share it with you all.
This summer I was thrilled to be invited to explore Kingston, Ontario’s food scene with my husband. I used to visit Kingston back in my university days (nearly 10 years ago!); my best friends attended Queens. So, it was great to be back and I was curious to see how the city has changed over that time.
Today is my due date! However, no signs of baby coming any time soon. So I thought I’d write up perhaps my LAST pregnancy post! Reflecting back on these past nine months, I’ve come up with a list of some items that I loved and helped me stay comfortable.

Barsa Taberna is an intimate Spanish tapas and sangria bar in the heart of the St. Lawrence Market in Toronto. This past summer, the restaurant celebrated its three year anniversary and with that, they introduced a new summer menu to honour the occasion.
